Perfect hilltop location overlooking the beach and had great views. Rooms were comfortable and the pool was a great addition. Wifi and utilities were good as well as the amenities, supplies and housekeeping. Walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants, other beaches, town and grocery. Host met us at the airport and escorted us to the house, reviewed the features and amenities and provided keys and dining, activity suggestions.

Great location - close to the beach, market and restaurants ( miracles was one of our favorites ). Property itself was Spacious, clean and the beds and couches were very comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space to relax by the pool.
The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and it has a full size fridge. If you’re staying for a week or more, would suggest going to the grocery store to stock up for breakfast food, extra snacks and ground coffee. There are restaurants around, but we weren’t in a rush to leave the house for breakfast. We walked to jolly beach, Jolly harbor, the market, and miracles. All other activities, we arranged a taxi with the house concierge. They made it very easy for us! We felt safe walking even at night to close by restaurants, just be careful with very fast cars going by as the neighborhoods do not have side walks.
We hired a personal chef to make dinner at the house one night - at the recommendation of the host. The food and service was amazing! Be sure to book them for your trip too.
We stayed with a total of 7 adults and never felt crowded! We definitely recommend renting this house. You won’t regret it.

Jolly Harbour is basically a little condo development with attached homes, a marina, beach, tennis, pool, restaurants, and a grocery store. We liked being able to walk to all of those places and having a kitchen to make our own meals. The home was quiet and having A/C in the bedrooms was really great because it gets quite hot in Antigua. Giuliana was incredibly welcoming and helpful and checked in via WhatsApp every day to make sure we were all set with everything. It was an easy place to stay for a few quiet days by the beach.
Perfect for families, groups, or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while traveling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, free-standing mansions – travelers can cook, lounge, and explore at their own pace. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
We had a great time here and glad we picked this villa. It’s in a nice spot on jolly harbour, and decent views on both sides. Everything you need inside. Would definitely book again.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at True North! Everything was newly refitted and the villa itself is ideally located on North Finger of Jolly Harbour. We’ve stayed in other villas previously that were in need of redecorating so it was an added bonus that true north was so clean and modern.
Literally 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, which was never busy and always stunning.
So glad we stayed here and will definitely be back!
The Villa is beautiful ! It spacious and clean, has Ac units in each room and full of essential necessities. I love the fact that it is an ocean front! It is also a two bedroom property, while one showing you oceans views while the other garden. Additional as there is a washer and dryer. Paul is a lovely host! He was available via call or text anytime I needed him.
The villas were close to the water, and a great restaurant was nearby. The manager and front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful. The beach patrons were nice and it was not crowded.
We stayed in B3 …… perfect location but the food at the resort was -0…….. for what we were paying per night they should have provided water for the villa as well as a taxi to and from the grocery store…. Especially considering how bad the food was at the resort.
We’ve stayed at many places in Antigua but Cocos is our new favourite based on location, service and quality of accommodation and food. We had a sunset villa with pool and the views were spectacular. Both beaches are gorgeous and have drinks and food service. The staff were really professional and friendly and the food was excellent. We are already considering a return visit later in the year.
