I traveled to Dubai from Toronto to meet several childhood friends and thought it would be fun to gather at one place rather than meeting them individually. The villa we stayed at has 2 bedrooms, a reasonably sized living room, and a kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a small living area. While the downstairs was comfortable and well air-conditioned, the upstairs bedrooms had non-functioning air-conditioning, which made it unbearably hot. Some of us even had to leave because of this.
Although we enjoyed spending time together and relaxing, I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they fix the air-conditioning upstairs. On the plus side, the 2 downstairs bedrooms and the living areas are comfortable and properly cooled. There’s also ample parking available. However, note that there are no restaurants within walking distance, so you’ll need to order in or bring your own food.
The host is responsive so no issues with that. The villa caretaker is helpful and meets you at check-in to walk you through the villa. He lives nearby and is available for any urgent needs. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a quiet evening with friends and reasonably priced, but the air-conditioning issue upstairs needs to be addressed.

Good location on the coast of a beautiful bay in the center of Sharjah. 1-2 storey villas, which is very different from the skyscrapers located around. Spacious apartments. Swimming pool on site.
The whole hotel complex in village heritage style was great, stylish and luxury in daytime as well as in the evening Everywhere nice spots where you can sit and enjoy. Really stylish designedwith a good eye for details. Everyday we got a tray with the nicest dates, dried abrcots and wallnutsand plenty of free bottles of water. It was2 days of relaxing.
The room style was extraordinary, i have been in so many private pool villas but this mixture of desert and water is unbelievable.
other thing was Jamal (our helper) who was very very helpful and made the stay even more better , with him we did the check in and check from the room which was very comfortable afterlong trip and everything we neded was communicated by offical whatsapp for our comfort.
