It was equipped with everything I needed. Like others, I loved the window seat. A check of the 'before' photos on display demonstrates the extraordinary transformation that has taken place here. I loved the area, and managed to walk part of the heritage trail around the Loch. I also visited Lochleven castle, located on an island in the Loch. The area is a friendly one, and I had a number of chats with people I encountered while out walking. The Scottish Gliding Centre is nearby, and one afternoon there were 3 gliders flying above the village. I visited Leven's Larder several times, eating at the cafe and stocking up on provisions there. Heather was a wonderful host and very responsive.
