The property as fits the name is in the post office building which was partially converted to rooms. There is a theme around all of the rooms and a small display of history and artifacts. The staff at the property was excellent. I had to stay overnight for a matter in Vila Real and was very tired. I was able to get checked in quickly and after dinner, Paolo the owner told me the history of the hotel. The room was large and super comfortable with an outstanding shower. I paid the breakfast-inclusive rate and had a great breakfast to start my day with excellent coffee. If I have to stay in Vila Real again, Casa dos Correios is my first call for a reservation.

Our host was very friendly and accommodating with all our questions and requests. The apartment is very spacious with a fully-equipped kitchen. It's an amazing value for the cost. Highly recommended!!

The garden with an orange tree to make juice. Comfortable beds. Large and we'll equipped kitchen. Owner made port and red wine. Pellet fired water heating system. The friendly owners of the market across the street who opened the store for us during their dinner. The owner came to greet us with his friendly dog after we checked in and his recommendation for Daniel Ferreira for a private day tour in Douro.

Staying at the vineyard was an exquisite experience. The location offered stunning views, and the pool added to the charm. The hosts were incredibly friendly, hospitable, making us feel right at home. Not to mention, the wine and olive oil were exceptional, adding an extra layer of delight to our stay. We will back.
