My parents and I had a two-bedroom suite and we loved every bit of our stay at The Rebello! The apartment was spacious but so thoughtfully laid out and decorated that it felt relaxing and homely, not impersonal. The kitchen was generously stocked and the view of the river was spectacular. I enjoyed using the swimming pool at the spa and the view of Porto from the restaurant terrace. The location was excellent - just at the fringe of Vila Nova de Gaia and within walking distance of attractions but far enough from all the noise and crowds of Porto.

My family and I (2 adults + 2 kids) stayed in the One Bedroom Apartment for 3 nights and it was overall a great stay. Pros: Great location - less than 10 minutes taxi ride from the train station and easy by walk to go around Porto...we walked to the Porto water front and across the big bridge and it was very beautiful walk... The apartment was a good size for 2 adults and 2 children. The best part of the stay was the staff that are at the reception: Joana, Marco and the manager Mafalda were all so friendly and were serving us with great passion to give a good service and we felt very welcome. Ahead of our stay, they answered all our questions on booking.com and arranged our pick up from the train station so already before we arrived we felt in very good hands. On arrival, they helped us rent a car and the car rental service was great and very convenient. They were always willing to help and answer our questions which was fantastic. Also they were very kind to allow us an early checkin about 1.5 hours earlier than 3pm on our arrival as the apartment was ready. The staff are there from 8am to around 10pm and it was great to have their presence during the day to support with any issues on site...there is also a storage section for luggage which we used for a short while at check out. I also really liked that they arranged cleaning services...it was so good to return to a cleaned property every night!

The property is beautiful, amazing space, beds are incredible and the staff is exceptional. We have nothing but great adjectives to describe the hotel. The vegan breakfast is more like a brunch and is really good.

The apartments were great. More than expected. Spacious and clean apartment. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The location is perfect. Old town nearby, promenade, restaurants. Everything you need for relaxation. Inese was kind and responsive. Easy to get into apartments. We are very satisfied. Would stay again again. We decided to stay one more night, only in a different apartment and on a different floor. An even better apartment :)
