Good location on the outskirts of the town - 5 minutes' walk to the shop, 20 minutes to the center. Received early, there is parking right next to the house. Dogs are accepted for free. Very nice hosts, friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable apartments with air conditioning. There is a lot of space in the room, well equipped, a kitchenette, and outside a barbecue place with firewood and coal, a large terrace in front of the room. Perfect for a longer time. It is better to have a car, otherwise you will have to take a taxi. Although there is no direct view of the sea, you can see the peak of the Pico from the road. Kitchen has many appliances and utensils to cook (also microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker with come capsules). It is really clean. The bed is very big and comfy. The view is excellent!

The host, Miguel, is very responsive and helpful. The location is in the outskirts of Madalena on a calm and quiet street. The town center and the harbour can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes. The apartment has everything travellers need, even a washing machine. I can definitely recommend BOA NOVA.

Silvia was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a serene getaway, I highly recommend this lovely cottage!!

It is fully equipped with all necessary stuff, it even has with waffle maker and two types of toaster. the host is very helpful and nice person. He offered us a transfer to the airport free of charge. I wish we could stay here more nights. Maybe next time. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend it to hikers. There are two cats which visit the apartment and the owner cares to provide food for them. Very, very nice of her!
