It was one of our best experiences in booking.com. Nice and helpful hosts warmly welcomed us, were always in touch, and provided useful information. Very beautiful well-designed and cozy apartment with attention to each detail, and with all the amenities you can need even for the long stay: washing machine, dry machine, comfortable bed, air conditioner, good wifi, well equipped kitchen and so on. Easy parking in the streets around. Just 5 minutes walk to the city center. Definitely recommend this apartment.

His welcome pack with red wine and home produced cheese and tomato jam was a really lovely gesture. The accommodation is really good and well decorated. It is a superb place for your stay in Faial, ten out of ten. The relation price to facilities is excellent!! Highly recommended !!

We appreciated the warm welcome and easy check in, with keyless building and room access. The rooms look out over the harbor, and the hotel could not be in a nicer spot. Free parking was plentiful, and there is a lot behind the hotel as well. Nereida is perfect for self catering. You have a kitchenette in the room, plus a fully equipped kitchen in the common room. So you can cook a bigger meal in there if you want. It is also close to several good restaurants and a market. We would recommend it to anyone for sure.
