Place is run by amazing host with big heart - Claudia. Thank you for all, it was great pleasure to spend our holiday here :)

First of all, our host Daniel was incredibly nice! We felt super welcome. The guest house is huge and very well arranged, including a really nice kitchen and even a terrace. Also check in&out times were flexible. Location is perfect, directly in the center of the city. I am looking forward to coming again!

The property is well located in Ponte Delgada, close to many restaurants and bars. The apartment we took was well equipped and beautifully designed. Bruno was very kind and helpful with any request we had. The apartment was clean and the property has all amenities a family needs. it is a very good place if you want to explore the island,

Diana, as a Host was extremely efficient, accommodating and kind hearted Host. She was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in replying. Her directions to the location were amazing and she walked me through the cabin and and the grounds to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. She even left a lovely gift basket of local treats which was very thoughtful and showed how proud she is of her home country and wants to share that with her guests. Very, very special. The cabin location was amazing with a great view of the village and the ocean with a lovely outdoor covered veranda to sit and eat and take in the view. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked with all you needed to have morning tea or coffee and to cook and make a meal. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could sit out, even in the rain and watch the sunset and in the morning have coffee and watch the sunrise. The Village has some great sights to take in as well as being a great location to drive to other areas with lots of great scenery along the way. The people in the Village are so lovely and social and make you feel like you are part of the community. There are a few local cats and they were the gentlest and sweetest and would come by for visits which was quite nice during the evenings. I highly recommend it for single travelers, couples, and or families.

We stayed in our home boat for a full week and loved every second of it. It has everything you need, super clean and cozy. The views are beautiful, especially for sunset on the rooftop! Great location, close from city centre but far enough to not hear the crowds. The staff was incredible! They messaged us every single day morning and evening to make sure we had everything we needed and they were always super helpful when we had questions or needed help (I have never seen people respond so quickly!). Clara and Joana were of much help every day and a big big thank you to Sandra who not only was efficient, but also so welcoming. Would 100% recommend to anybody staying in Ponts Delgada!

Beautiful accommodation in an excellent location. The room was spotless, well furnished with a very comfy bed. There was also a tv with streaming services. The communal kitchenette was very useful and we loved the ducks and chickens in the back yard. Communication with the host was very easy.
