Nice city house on Spetses. A beautiful house very large for 5 people. Those little details from the owners make a huge difference: coming to the pier so we don’t have to walk to the house with our luggages, some cookies offered, 1 or 2 packs of water (1 bottle for 5 people would have been cheap. We have seen it elsewhere…), … We loved everything !

Located 600 metres away from the main port of Spetses and 150 metres from Kounoupitsa Beach, Theo features studios with free Wi-Fi. the owner is the friendliest man ever. we got a tour of his beautiful garden with vegetables and herbs, and had a really nice talk. the room and kitchen is so spacious and clean. the bathroom is also very good, the showers after swimming and a day out were perfectly refreshing. every room has a space outside to sit at, we had the lovely view of the sea. perfect for in the morning or in the evening after dinner to chill a bit before going to bed. location wise it’s great. you’re a small 10 minutes walk from the center, and everything you could need is really close. also a big plus: you can use the washing machine! Theo also brought us near the center when we had to leave with our luggage, so we didn’t have to walk in the heat. thank you soooo much!

The traditionally-built Villa Kalomira is located in scenic Spetses Town, within 500 metres from the sandy pebble Agios Mamas Beach and 700 metres from Dapia and the old port. The breakfast was as good as all previous reviews said. It was our main motivation for booking and we were not disappointed. The hosts were lovely and we felt like we were staying in a real Greek home.

My family and I had a magical stay here in Spetses and will definitely come back next time we are visiting.

I am a genius level 3 member on this platform and I travel a lot and I can honestly say that Villa Anel was the most noteworthy property/hotel I have stayed at in a while. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the property was perfect, very central but at the same time at a quiet dead end that keeps that motorcycle noise away. The building is architecturally characteristic of the island and has a beautiful private garden. Inside, the property was spotless clean with an on-purpose quirky traditional design but modern bathrooms and kitchen. The balconies were very nice and there was a view of the sea. The beds were very comfortable. I would strongly recommend Villa Anel to anyone and I will try to stay there again on my next visit to the island.
