This was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. We traveled to Ammouliana on a whim and it was the last place available. We arrived at the villa and did not meet at the hotel like intended, but were greeted at the villa within minutes. There was (very good) complimentary wine, sweets, drinks and fruit available and we were surprised to hear that breakfast (delivered at request) was included. Great fluffy bathrobes and enough toiletries. The level of service was top notch. We were told we could make a call for anything we wanted. The place was very tidy, beautiful and well thought out. Smart tv was great, it even has great options for mood lighting. The sunset here was so beautiful, that at that moment we decided to book another night. Next day the place was cleaned well and coffee etc got restocked. In the morning we didn’t order breakfast, but Katerina brought up something anyway. We felt treated like proper guests on the island. At the checkout (at the hotel) we were offered coffee and more snacks by the amazing staff, and a box of sweets as a parting gift. It was just lovely!

The host is one of the most picturesque and traditional Greek. It made us feel the tradition of the place, to see their modest but happy way of life, we liked it tremendously. I would go anytime with the greatest pleasure just to see how happy the people there are, living modestly, but laughing all day and enjoying simple things and the beautiful life they know how to lead.

Apartment was very well maintained, equipped and decorated. We found everything we need like at home, which is pretty rare for a rental unit. We found nice surprises in the fridge on arrival and not only! Apartment position is good, close to port and main street but still on a side street so not very much traffic. It has a huge terace, and are free available beach sunbeds, kid toys.

The view of the sea from the house was simply breathtaking, and the nearby bar with its amazing cocktails made for the perfect getaway. I cannot wait to visit again and relive this magical experience. Thank you to the wonderful host for making this an unforgettable trip! Your hospitality and attention to detail truly made all the difference. I would highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a dream vacation by the sea.

Located within 1.5 km of Alykes Beach and 1.5 km of Megali Ammos Beach, AIORA yard provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ammouliani. The location is great, everything was good. The little yard is nice. The host is very friendly and communicative.
