I enjoyed the room. The bathrooms were wonderful! After traveling for 2 weeks with terrible bathrooms and even black mold in one, this updated bathroom was HEAVEN. 🚽🚿 The host, while not obligated, offered and helped me with my suitcase up and down the stairs. Small but HUGE when you're a solo traveler. The breakfast they offer for an extra charge (not a lot) was absolutely 💯 worth it. Best meal I had in Cheddar, and they proved gluten-free bread! 🙌🍞 As a solo traveler, I would 100% recommend staying at this location if you are visiting Cheddar.

The host, Jayne, recommended places to eat and rather than drive into Bristol we took her advice and ate at a fabulous restaurant in Chepstow.

This is a wonderful place to stay and it has everything you need (plus extra things which was very nice too!) and includes a kitchenette. It was just perfect and wish we could have stayed longer. It's very well laid out and organized and comfortable so you could easily stay a week or longer! There are shops, pubs and a fantastic Italian restaurant close by so very easy to walk to. We will definitely go back!

Shepherds hut Bath ligt in Wick, op 8,5 km van The Circus Bath en 8,6 km van Royal Crescent. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin met een terras en uitzicht op de tuin. Dit is een schitterend 'tiny house', niet zo ver van de Cotswold Way route. Natuurlijk is het heel klein, maar alles wat we nodig hadden, was er. Gelukkig was het heel goed weer en konden we genieten van ons eigen tuintje (met voldoende privacy). Door de mogelijkheid om een raam en een deurvenster open te zetten, was het er niet té warm (hoewel buitent° > 27°). Het bed is aan de smalle kant voor 2 personen, maar nog wel ça va. Ook het badkamertje was heel efficiënt en functioneel ingericht (met heel goede douche) en alles is er heel netjes.
