Natalie and Paul were responsive and informative before arrival with all we needed to know. Paul was great on day of arrival with a warm, friendly welcome and helped with luggage too. This fantastically equipped and spotlessly clean apartment was perfect for our girls' catch up; very comfortable to relax in for almost endless chatting! And having a parking space right outside was an added bonus. This is a great location in the heart of Perth with serene views over the River Tay from the sitting room and dining/kitchen windows and is within easy walking distance of great places to eat and shops. On our 2 night break we walked along the riverside to dine at an old favourite, Breizh on the High St and at Pacos, Mill St where the cocktail list is vast! We shopped in those locations too and discovered some great niche shops - notable were Precious Sparkle on Mill St and Whispers of the Past on George St, both happy hunting ground for unique gifts. After checking out on Sunday we ventured 5 miles out of the city to Gloagburn Farm Shop for an excellent lunch and to buy some edible goodies and gifts from their fantastic deli and homeware/gift shop. A huge "THANK YOU" to Natalie and Paul for their efforts in providing such a positive self-catering holiday experience. xx

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, had everything we could need and more, it really was a home from home. Felt relaxed as soon as we got in, location is great as it gives you far more options for things to do being between two bigger areas. Plenty of space for two adults and a child, huge benefit of two bathrooms, would love to come back in summer time with our dogs and also make use of the lovely private outdoor seating areas.
