To think i almost booked a run of the mill hotel before stumbling up on this gem is comical. If i ever get the chance yo come back to Harrogate, this is where I’m staying!

A recently renovated property, The Artist's House is set in Scarborough near Scarborough Beach, The Spa Scarborough and Scarborough Train Station. Lovely building, and great rooms. The owner was very helpful and even went above and beyond to decorate the room for my partner's birthday. I very much appreciate your efforts. Would definitely recommend and location was great. Very well done place and actually lived up to the photos, unlike some others we have stayed in. Great communication with information we needed.

I was so impressed with our stay. The apartment was immaculate and had lots of thoughtful amenities throughout. Beautiful grounds in a very remote location. Ideal for a quiet getaway, we stayed on bonfire night for some respite for our frightened dog and didn’t hear a peep. Perfect. The staff that we met were friendly. Already looking to book again.

The Old Dairy, a property with a terrace, is situated in Great Ayton, 21 km from Redcar Racecourse, 36 km from Helmsley Castle, as well as 45 km from Whitby Abbey. A comfortable and well-maintained cottage, in a perfect location. Excellent value for money, everything was provided, including some very nice touches to welcome our little family group.
