Set in Shanklin, the recently renovated The Bay house Apartments, shanklin offers accommodation 200 metres from Shanklin Beach and 15 km from Blackgang Chine. Located at the edge of Keats Green by the cliff path down to the sea-front promenade, the Bay House Apartments is in a superb location with views out to sea from the balconies, close to Old Shanklin Town, and within easy walking distance of the high street shops. Our apartment was immaculately clean. From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed by the standard and style of decor, the comfortable furniture, and the attention to detail in the provision of kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. Communication from Louise prior to the visit and after our arrival was first-class. We enjoyed our visit to the island so much but it was enhanced by knowing our accommodation was top quality and excellent value for money.

Situated in Ryde and only 1.6 km from Ryde Beach, Westend features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The breakfast was amazing. Christine ensured we had all we needed for preparing our own breakfast meal. Christine also catered to our dietary needs as I am lactose intolerant. She ensured substitute milk was available and the cake she baked was dairy free as well. The decor in the flat is very beautiful and a lot of work has gone into it. The place gives a comfy and relaxed vibe the moment you enter the rooms. The windows give enough natural light, especially in the morning when the weather is nice and sunny. The bed was very comfortable for a sofa bed. I am 6months pregnant and did not have trouble sleeping on the sofa bed. The beddings were clean and smelled of freshness. The whole place was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided in the bathroom. Christine is environment conscious therefore she does not provide disposable bottles for shampoo and shower gel, which we appreciated. Recycle bins are also provided to ensure rubbish goes into the right bins. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back. I highly recommend Westend as a place to stay when on the Isle of Wight. The place is very close to the ferry and a walking distance of the seaside.

Set in Sandown in the Isle of Wight region with Sandown Beach and Dinosaur Isle nearby, Little Parklands offers accommodation with access to a hot tub. Perfectly located near town, beach. So peaceful.

A 1-minute walk from Sandown High Street, Victoria Lodge provides self-catering apartments on the Isle of Wight’s eastern coast. These studios and flats have free on-site parking and WiFi. It was so good having a parking space allocated just for us, we always knew if we went out we could park straight away. Even though it was a house and on the ground floor it was so quiet. We had all the amenities on hand so we didn't have to go out in the evening if we didn't want to. Would stay here again. The owner was so nice and helpful, and easy to contact should we need to. There is a brilliant pub in the next road that does great food if you didn't fancy going to far. The Pier is great with loads to do just a short walk. The Beach is lovely and at the bottom of the road. In the town just round a different corner you can get the No. 2 or 3 that will take you to Shanklin which we did in the evening so we could get dinner and go to Shanklin Chine. The best bit the No. 3 drops you off at the bottom of the road 1 minute from the House. Also in the town next to the CoOp is a cafe we went to for breakfast £5 so nice.

El Shanklin Villa es troba a 2 minuts a peu de les platges de Shanklin i del barranc de Shanklin Chine. Aquests apartaments estan ubicats en una mansió victoriana amb jardí. Easy remote check-in. The room was well equipped, warm, clean, and with a good shower. The kitchen was excellent and the cookies appreciated. The location is excellent: short walk to pubs (especially the wonderful Chine Inn), bus stops, supermarkets and footpaths. The (invisible) owners run a highly professional business and we could not fault them.

Offering a garden and sea view, 48 rosewood is set in Porchfield, 24 km from Blackgang Chine and 7.3 km from Carisbrooke Castle. This last minute trip was our first time in a caravan,the experience far surpassed our expectations. The location was perfect ,a brief walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops and restaurants on the island. The rosewood had everything you need, the settee and beds were comfortable and even though it was winter the caravan was warm and cosy.The owners had thought of everything and the double shower in the bathroom was an added bonus.

Offering a garden and garden view, NEW! Captain's Cottage, Cowes - Spacious, nautical-themed 1-bed is set in Cowes, 7.1 km from Carisbrooke Castle and 11 km from Robin Hill. Not one single complaint. Had everything we needed, even silly things like salt & pepper & oil to cook with (every place we’ve stayed in we’ve ended up having to buy this stuff.) Katie was an incredible host & we hope to come back in the summer.
