Wow how lucky was I to be given the front room in the Boat House Super Suites, facing out across the harbour to watch all the comings and goings of the ferries. Perfect location with free parking on the street. The shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels, and Castle and churches are only a two minute walk away. To the ferry is a one minute drive. The room is luxurious. In the little kitchen facility I loved the way the breakfast was ready there for me every day. I could have stayed longer and spent more time dreaming out the window. Very comfortable.

Set in Port Bannatyne in the Isle of Bute region, Fraoch, Pets welcome has a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We were over for a family Wedding and having made a late booking were delighted with the accommodation, close to town and standard of the house was exceptional. It was great to look out and see my first school and where my Aunt and Uncle lived, thank you so much for your beautiful home and will be back. Think family members are eyeing the house up also.

So relaxing watching the ferry coming and going at the picture window. House was Immaculate and the owners have paid attention to every detail with lots of extras. Didn't want to leave had an amazing holiday the Best accommodation I have been to in Rothesay by far. First Class and more. Owners were so helpful and friendly. Will be back soon 😁😍

Bellevue Bute, Luxury 2 bedroom sea view flat ligger i Rothesay. Under opholdet i denne nyrenoverede lejlighed fra det 19. århundrede har du adgang til gratis wi-fi. It had the most fantastic view, I was often mesmerised just looking out the window. It was well equipped and the broadband which I used for a works meeting worked perfectly. The washing machine was a welcome bonus such that next time I won't take so many clothes. Bute is so well provided with public transport that if you stay on the island, a car is not necessary. It was close enough to be able to easily walk to all the main facilities and yet far enough not to hear late night noise. Within 2 hours I was working out when I can go back. Even the 55 steps weren't too daunting knowing what awaits you at the top and I was much fitter at the end of the week, no bad thing! The town had several well stocked food shops and the island had many wonderful restaurants, cafes. The second bedroom is a single but has a wonderful view so much so that as a sole traveller, it was a difficult decision between using the master en suite bedroom or the single room. The property had everything you could want, maybe if I am being ultra picky a tumbler drier would have been nice but that would have been the cherry on a very nice cake.

Fantastic I ended up staying much longer than planned as I was assisting a relative with a house sale. Excellent WiFi so I could work on my computer. There's a large coop just behind the property and free parking in a public car park opposite. The property was spacious and there was plenty of crockery for cooking meals with a bonus of dishwasher and washing machine. Owner very kind and helpful
