Location was excellent for Manchester City Centre and transport. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Facilities were great, and easily accessible with a good pool, tub, sauna and steam room. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the separate coffee shop was as good as you would find anywhere.

Clean and well presented. Two bathrooms was a bonus for a group of 6. Sofa bed was also surprisingly comfy. The owner was very friendly and accommodated an early bag drop off for us too. EVERYTHING! It was stunning. They say the love is in the details and this property was Exhibit A. The owner lives on property and went above and beyond to make us so comfortable. Plus, our beloved dog passed away last year and Barry had two of the most darling puppies you’ve ever seen. They did our hearts good. Amy manages the spa and treatment rooms and was precious. And Chantelle {I so hope I spelled that right} had our room looking like something out of a magazine when we arrived. You will LOVE every minute of your stay here.

We've been to Manchester for a gig at the AO Arena and were so lucky to have a chance to stay here. You can walk easily to the city centre, the arena, and also the trendy quarters if you want to. Clean, spaceious, very well equipped and just above a supermarked. Pubs around the corner. Who could ask for more? Very kind and supportive host. Good price. Thanks a million!

Breakfast aminities like fruits, tea and a lot more were provided and such a surprise. Lot of towels and even body care products in the bathroom were arranged. Quiet, safe location. Amanda puts so much attention to the details, that was outstanding. We spent an awesome week here.
