Excelente la ubicación ( a 2 cuadras de earl court estación de metro de picadilli line, circle y distrit line) , el servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para la cantidad de personas que éramos.

El Mirabilis Apartments - Bayham Place está situado en Londres, cerca del mercado de Camden, el teatro King's Cross y el zoológico de Londres, y ofrece wifi gratis, centro de fitness y jardín. The property is in an excellent location, with easy access to public transport. It is just a few meters from the Mornington Crescent metro station and a 10-minute walk from the St. Pancras and Kings Cross train stations. The property itself is modern and met all my expectations. The service was also impeccable. The value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it.

El hotel se encuentra en el West End de Londres, a pocos minutos a pie de Covent Garden Piazza y de la estación Charing Cross, y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis. It was nice to be positively surprised for once. The room turned out to be cleaner than expected (very clean), and better equipped than expected. It also turned out to be larger than expected, certainly way larger than the broom closets (read: «Rooms») of the other London hotels we stayed in so far. The room comes with a wardrobe, there is a section which holds the coffeemaker and fridge and there is even a small balcony. A word of caution before your mind goes all whoolgathering, though, as the balcony faces the backyard, which kind of nippes all romantic thoughs in the proverbial bud. Not facing the street also means a quieter room, however, and quiet it was. We asked for a quiet room when we made our reservation and a quiet room is what we got. There was no breakfast included in our rate, but this being the Strand and Covent-Garden there are numerous restaurants in the neighborhood. To be honest, if you threw a stone it would be difficult not to hit one, if not even two. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and are always on hand whenever you need them. To be honest, it was quite nice to be perceived as a person rather than just a room-number for once. This is not a very large hotel, which also means there are no lines in front of the elevators, nor are they filled to capacity, which is something we also appreciated. If you are heading for breakfast the smell of undigested Doner-Kebap is not always conductive to a healthy appetite. At this point I would like to thank the staff for making our stay the success it was and special thanks to Mandeep and Tommy for their valuable tips, which were not only helpful but also saved us money in the end. Are there better hotels in London? Certainly, but for this price and location what «The Resident» has to offer is hard to beat. We will definitely be back.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were always responsive and ready to assist with any request, no matter the time. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff for their incredible support when I accidentally left my original Apple headphones behind. I hadn’t even realized it, but they contacted me to inform me about the item and kept it safe for over two months until a friend of mine could pick them up. This kind of attentiveness and care truly sets them apart. Having lived in London for two years in 2011, I know that standards are usually very low unless you’re paying a premium. So, it took me a long time to screen all of the options available, and I’m so glad I found Cleveland Residences. This place perfectly matched a reasonable price with a perfect location and high standards. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I highly recommend Cleveland Residences to anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
