Customer service was great, the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, and although it was small, it had all the essentials and was very comfortable. Even though the location wasn’t very central, it was easy to get around London by tube and we felt safe when coming back to the hotel late at night. I have no complaints!

We had a great time at York Buildings, the location is pefect - very central but quiet, the rooms are big and great for a family, very very clean, high standart with all the equipment. there is a floor hitting which made us happy, big balcony for every room. we could see from our balcony the ferris wheel of London. the staff answered very fast for every question. it's a perfect place to stay at London!

The self-serve breakfast was amazing. Lots of fresh fruits and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful in a modern way with a cozy feel, and the view was great. Primrose hill was such a nice neighborhood to stay. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
