This is really the perfect place for us.. in amongst the flora and fauna there is this.. the happiest and most content I’ve ever felt in a guest accommodation.. the kitchen garden… the small touches like fresh laid eggs, and fresh cut flowers just made us feel welcomed.. our dog who had been a bit off was immediately calm… not to mention the extraordinary vantage point for bird watching

Boasting garden views, Alba - Charming boutique forest view cabin with hot tub in Ballater features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 15 km from Balmoral Castle. Cabin was clean and warm. Location was good as many things to do within driving distance. Would definitely recommend it. Perfect if you're looking for somewhere to base yourself. Going up ladder for top bed good for older kids.

Offering a garden and river view, The Fiddichside Inn is located in Aberlour, 30 km from Huntly Castle and 35 km from Grantown Museum. Beautiful setting, comfortable space with 2 bedrooms/baths and full kitchen & living. Could have stayed comfortably for several days. Owner very responsive. The attached bar was a fun place to meet the locals. Angus, the bartender, was very hospitable, & knowledgable about the flavor profiles of the wide variety of spirits available. We felt very welcome while the locals regaled us with stories of their families and the area’s history. Remember it’s a bar not a pub-they don’t serve food but they can recommend a couple of restaurants. The outdoor seating by the river was an added plus! Definitely worth a visit!

Featuring a garden and views of inner courtyard, Brylach Steading is a holiday home situated in a historic building in Aberlour, 12 km from Elgin Cathedral. It’s nestled in near the woods and it’s peaceful. The surrounding view is majestic especially with an exclusive castle nearby. The premise felt safe bec it has an open compound and my dog can roam freely inside the compound.

Entire unique tiny house - Moss Cabin is located in Banff, 1.1 km from Inverboyndie Beach, 35 km from Huntly Castle, and 18 km from Delgatie Castle. Loved the fireplace and how cozy it felt. Great shower. Loved the little garden with all its fairy lights. The whole place was just right!

Set in Rothes and only 17 km from Elgin Cathedral, 4 Stills Apartment offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is the first place in The UK that I could easily say I felt at home. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you might wish. Deeside Snugs Apartments, a property with a garden, is set in Kincardine OʼNeil, 41 km from Beach Ballroom, 39 km from Hilton Community Centre, as well as 40 km from Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museum. We stayed in the Deeside Snug over the beauty shop, and were very impressed. What an inviting and comfortable place to come back to each day that we were there. Apartment is very clean, bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated having a nice kitchen with a clothes washer. The best perk was the beauty shop below. I was able to get a much need haircut from Pauline, who made my hair look fabulous! We would definitely come back to this little gem!
