The staff's courtesy and professionalism were remarkable. Their readiness to assist through WhatsApp and in person was a testament to their dedication to guest satisfaction. My wife was particularly impressed with every facet of our stay, from the amenities to the exceptional service we received. We shared some suggestions to improve the customer journey further, reflecting our hope for a lasting relationship with Bob W.
