It is only about 10 minutes from SDQ airport and about 1 minute drive to the caribe tours Las Americas bus station so it was the perfect place to stay so I could get an early bus ride. They even offered me transportation from the airport at an additional fee. The place was clean and the hospitality was great even though my flight got in around midnight. The road is a little bumpy going to the location but once you get there from the main road you will really love this place. I didn't stay long enough to really enjoy it because I was only there for a few hours and left at 6:00 a.m. . I would definitely stay here again.

The host was awesome. I arrived at 230am and she made sure I had no problems entering the apartment and gave me a full tour of the unit. The place is only 10 minutes from the airport and very easy access to the main roads.

The villa was very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and readily available should any issue/s arrise. The location was ideal for us, close to restaurants and small shops.

Boca de Mar Residence Ter 1 was perfect for the time spent. Absolutely perfect location. Easy access for food shopping and beach just minutes down the block. Bodega and restaurants across the street is a vibe!!! Apartment looks exactly like the pictures on site. Inside and out very clean & comfortable. Kitchen provided everything we needed which is A+ would highly recommend booking. ***Alfred my host is the best. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He always answered his phone or via text when we had a questions. He went over beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Very flexible with check in & check out time. Would definitely recommend and satisfied we'll be back!!!!

Location is just perfect! Exceeded all the expectations for sure. Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. We literally took nothing except ourselves :D supermarket is also just a couple of minutes away, so we could grab nice salami, cheese and fruits to enjoy them on a balcony with sea view. Also liked the fact there is a code lock, so we just needed to memorise the code and did not have to carry around keys all the time. So could enjoy swimming to the full! Also recommend host. Antonio was very helpful and easygoing, from the very first conversations to the last moments. He even texted after we left to confirm we arrived safely to the next city we were heading to.
