When we arrived we were received by the owner of the house, which handed over the keys to the house. The owner is a very warm and nice person and erven oferred his help to carry our stuff to the house. The house was very confortable, with an excellent view and fully equiped kitchen. The house is located in a very quite small rural village where it is very easy to see cows and horses. The breakfast had some vegetables from their own garden, homemade sweets, different sorts of bread, cheese, different hams, hot chocolate and coffee. The breakfast is highly recommended. Our stay was short but we will surelly come back for a longer stay.

The location is great, just outside of the city but there are no cars and you can leave your kids play around. There are many kids facilities, including indoor kids room which is great. The rooms are clean and we'll equipped with what you need. There is a small kitchen, very well equipped. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was good. The kids really liked that there closiness to animals - cows, horses, bunnies.

The whole apartment is kept within the same colour scheme and decorated with a lot of love for details! Beautiful! The hosts give you a very warm welcome with cold water and local beer in the fridge, tea and coffee for you to make! Everything is so well thought through to make the guests life easy and nice, you feel at home immediately! Two washing machines and dryer in the basement also come in very handy. The location in the center of Bernau is perfect. Walking distance from nice restaurants and shops. I wish we could take this apartment with us everywhere we go...! 😉I would definitely come again!

I am born in the area and we chose this stay to visit our family. And as a local let me tell you that this is the perfect place to stay in the Chiemgau area. Very well equipped, very clean and new interior. Typical modern Bavarian style. Bathroom large and modern. High water pressure. Great cozy bedroom. The small shop downstairs with local goods adds to the experience. Make sure to try their meatloaf sandwich (Leberkäs Semmel)
