Everything in the hotel was perfect - starting from the design, to the unlimited hot drinks, the breakfast, the soft bed and the cleaning services. The room I ordered was nothing short of spectacular. I was deeply impressed with the exceptional staff, in particular Pedro and Lola, who were very kind and provided marvelous service. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and I hope to comeback someday.

We had a wonderful stay for three nights in room #2 on the EG. Everything we needed was readily available, making our experience incredibly convenient. Being just a three-minute walk from Zugsputze and a supermarket was such a bonus! The warm welcome we received from the staff truly touched our hearts; they were kind and so supportive throughout our stay. We're grateful for their hospitality!

This time we had a couple of friends visiting and they could come without a problem, of course with the warning that they can't stay overnight which is only natural. The site of the room was great and the bathtub is very cool and the hotel is 5-10 minutes away from the old town (walking distance). I would definitely recommend it.

Upon arrival, the flat was impeccably clean and felt brand new. I was pleasantly surprised by how luminous and airy the unit was, and it had all the necessary appliances. The flat offers a tranquil view of a quiet plaza and a charming park to the left. Additionally, there are beautiful woods and a river just four minutes away, providing an ideal running path for a refreshing morning jog. It truly feels like a home away from home. The staff members were incredibly responsive and unfailingly courteous. Anja and her team truly deserve a five-star rating.
