Rainer is a very good host. He prepared a guideline for arrival and for all your stay which is something I really appreciated. It was super helpfull. Also the ladies who support him are very friendly and willing to help you. The dorms are comfortable and the house has a a great view. The place was in general clean which was good. Definitely if you have chance come to this place you will have a good experience. You can use the kitchen and the common areas without a problem. He provides towels and lockers without charge which is very nice. For laundry machine it cost of course but is in a good price. I traveled alone and i think is good for backpackers. It not walking distance from the center but is very easy to arrive by bus which is free if you rent a room. There is not way to get lost , just find the bus 10 or 11. So far is a good option in Lucerne, I totally recommended.

Nastanitev Panorama Jurte Über Dem Uri-See A se nahaja približno 37 km od znamenitosti opatija Einsiedeln in nudi razgled na gore, vrt, zasebno plažo ter teraso. This was so clean. And owner Mr. Franz is so friendly . We spent our vacation in the mountains and feels so calm and quiet.

Nastanitev Neustadt Apartments managed by Hotel Central Luzern na vrhunski lokaciji v središču mesta Luzern, v neposredni bližini znamenitosti železniška postaja Luzern, Spomenik Löwendenkmal in... this place is really the best if you want to explore Lucerne . it’s just in the centre and just next to the main railway station still it’s absolutely private and quite all the time.The apartment is very very well done and maintained beautifully. staff is very helpful. 2 min walk to the restaurants around and 5 min to the Lucerne Lake. it’s just beautiful!

Jana is a very responsive host who provides excellent recommendations and clear instructions. He also goes above and beyond to meet all of our requests. I cannot thank him enough to take initiative to make sure my parents arrived safely. My family had a great time staying at his place. The location is convenient and central to everything.

This was an amazing stay in Lucerne! The apartment is very centrally located, next to the church, lake and shopping streets. The train station is also walking distance. We couldn't think of a better location in the city. The check in was fast and smooth, with door codes. We actually liked not having to carry keys around and worry about losing them. When we entered, all the mobile AC units were running so it was nice to enter a cool room on a hot day. The apartment was just huge, with beautiful panorama windows everywhere. The main panorama window upstairs gave the view of the whole city. The apartment was fully equipped and every little thing was provided. They had slippers and bathrobes, all kinds of towels, bathroom toiletries from shampoo to body lotion. These were extremely good quality btw, smelling really good! And everything was given with a back up, they don't limit you to one little bottle per person. All extras as washing tabs for washing machine, iron, ironing board, adaptors were also there. The kitchen had everything you could wish for. We did not cook much on our vacation but anything could be made with given equipment. Salt, pepper, olive oil were a nice touch. Coffee was tasty and complimentary. There was also a nice selection of drinks to purchase. The best feature of the apartment was surely the roof top terrace. It was a private one, just for us, and we could see the lake and mountains. We ended up having our breakfast there. Every room had a big TV available. Wifi connection was good and fast. We could stream movies from our laptop. We did not meet anyone from the staff personally but online communication was super friendly and fast. The location of the apartment allowed to stop right near the door to unpack our luggage which was really nice as we came by car and had lots of luggage. Most central streets do not have this possibility. All in all, it was a great find.

The apartment is spacious and clean which takes only a few minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is clean and spacious! We had a comfortable stay here!

Michelle followed-up with texts when checking out. Really impressed with the customer service received. Location was perfect! Close to Old Town and markets.

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. Christian was a great host, easy to communicate with and had everything in the apartment that we needed. The location was great to view all the sights in the city.
