They adapted themselves to our needs and schedules, were available all the time, attended immediately to our questions and requests, and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The house is very cozy and quiet, there is a supermarket very close where we shopped and we cook in the apartment. Everything was very clean and equipped. The location is perfect, close to all the tourist places of interest and there is a train stop just a few meters away. Our kids felt as at home. We will definitely come back in the future, because we loved the experience. 100% recommended
