The property is comfortable ,nice , modern , furnished , easy to access, to our our suite by elevator, and I like the luggage room which is well organized inside the building basement ,the suite has every thing we need in the kitchen from the spoons to plate sett, which is includes also,dishwasher,refrigerator, freezer ,in addition to a very good brand of washing machine , moreover, I like the location of the property where there are many shops and restaurants among residential area , near educational establishments such as schools and universities, also , its a steps away from the river where I enjoyed walking beside the river , I highly recommend it .

Katiusca is truly the most sweet, kind, generous, warm, and welcoming host. She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

Everything! The central location and view were spectacular. The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. Thank you for everything!

Situé à Bissone, le Lake Apartment 4 propose un hébergement climatisé avec une piscine privée, une vue sur la montagne et un balcon. At first sight the building looks old. But the apartment inside are well maintained. And you have everything what you need. Stayed 2nights in August and you dont need to go anywhere else. You can relax by the pool and lake. The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her. I really recommend. And the view from room 513! O so nice 🥰

La literie est très confortable. Nous avons adoré passer deux nuits dans ce petit cocon, nous nous sentions comme à la maison! Tout est super bien indiqué pour accéder à la place de parking et pour les règles de l’appartement, je recommande vivement !

The room was more than we expected, more like an apartment with kitchen and also a washer and dryer. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. Also an underground garage!
