Everything was perfect, The location and the apartment was spacious with all the things you need. The attention to the minor details such as games for kids and the baby chair and the kitchen was filled with all the necessary items.

But the apartment inside are well maintained. And you have everything what you need. Stayed 2nights in August and you dont need to go anywhere else. You can relax by the pool and lake. The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her. I really recommend. And the view from room 513! O so nice 🥰

Location is perfect - 5 minutes to lake, 15 minutes to Lugano center. It is extremely pedestrian city. Host Ana is extremely kind and always there to assist you for anything you may need. Easy check in. You have bakery, cafes and bars in a 5-minute distance by foot. You have very big supermarket - Migros at about 7 minutes from apartment. Bus stops are 2-3 minutes from you depends in destination you need. We will definitely come back soon.

Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Swiss Hotel Apartments - Lugano is a recently renovated apartment situated in Lugano, less than 1 km from Exhibition Center Lugano. The apartments are well furnished with anything you might need to stay. The place is clean and well taken care of. Everything is well explained on arrival, with clearly written and laminated documentation. Gabriele, the branch manager, was very friendly and helpful. We even received extra portable AC units due to the heatwave (on top of the built-in central AC, which was enough for most of the stay).
