Location is right by an amusement park, with easy access (about 5 min walk) to the metro.

The neighborhood is full off small shops and restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the subway, so you can reach the Centre of Vienna in 35 min. The apartments have two great shared terraces, which adds to the seaside resort feeling. There are at lest 6 playgrounds in the neighborhood, and no cars. The evening silence in gorgeous. The only sounds are crickets. Unreal. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans. There is a microwave and even a coffee machine. The staff is lovely, very polite and organized. Also - thank you for being really cool after we stained the bedsheets. I am so sorry and also so grateful for your kindness.
