The location of the hotel was well placed, with great views of the surround alps/mountains. The room facilities were great, with lots of storage and a small balcony to relax on. The spa facilities were great, with two saunas and a indoor lounge area, great for relaxing after a day of skiing. The staff were friendly and the restaurant and breakfast were of high quality.

Located in Zell am See, 2.2 km from Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course, Lakeside Luxury Apartments offers accommodation with a sauna, spa facilities and an open-air bath. We got a good deal from Booking.com for this exceptional property. We stayed in the penthouse apartment “Areit” 728, which had everything we needed for a luxury holiday. The well-equipped apartment was beautifully designed and cleverly organised, with high-end modern appliances in the full sized kitchen area. The view of Kitzsteinhorn glacier from our balcony was mesmerising and alluring. The balcony was a sun trap in the afternoons so was wonderful for sitting out after a day walking in the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the boutique style bathrooms were sparklingly clean. A key feature of our enjoyment was the very warm welcome we received on check-in. Our hosts were very welcoming, kind and helpful; especially the lady (I think her name is Michiele?). She explained everything very well to us in English and extended a hand of friendship to us, which we appreciated very much.
