Best of all, Redi and his staff quickly take care of any issues. They provide transportation to and from Valbona/Theth/Konami Lake with pick up right at front door and can watch your bags for a tiny fee. I had to last minute change my return date and book a room and Redi accommodated my needs. They even hung dry my clothes for me when my bag got soaked in the rain. That’s customer service! Highly recommend!!!

Set in Shkodër, within 47 km of Port of Bar, Panoramic apartment offers accommodation with air conditioning. The location was perfect for me. A little outside of the old town and close to the Lake. The apartment was massive and clean. Also the owner Endri was amazing and beyond helpful. He took time out of his day to show me around the town and give me really great recommendations for things to do in Albania. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place to stay in Shkoder. We stayed here for a night and travelled from here to Valbona and Theth. We had some luggage we had to drop for the hike and Denis was extremely helpful with this! Eventually he offered us to store the bags in his car, extremely nice! We just picked them up after returning from Theth and we could not thank Denis enough!
