The room is good size. Staff is excellent. It has a kitchenette but we didn't use it. It's new and everything reach our expectation. It is an uphill walk to the bazaar.

Overall it was very nice. Apartment was on the ground floor, fairly big with all the basic necessities. There was a crib for our toddler as well. You are not in the center of town, but Permet is 10 mins walk from edge to edge so it wasn't a big deal for us. Parking is available.

The hostel is very cosy, with very comfortable beds, all brand new. Kitchen is small but functional, and since they keep everything clean and they do not host too many people, that's not a problem at all. Bathrooms are very clean and there are separate cabins for toilets and shower, so you normally don't have to wait to use it. They also provide towels. There's a terrace to chill if the weather is nice. And all that for a really good price. For being a small family business, there's not so much of a social atmosphere, more like a Guesthouse vibe. The owner is not around most of the time, but they provide the wifi password in the front door, so it's easy to reach her and arrange everything or ask for any kind of assistance. And, as most of the people I met in Albania, she was very kind and welcoming. Faleminderit 😊

DAI Apartments offers accommodation in Gjirokastër. The property has river and city views, and is 44 km from Zaravina lake. A spacious, modern, clean and great apartment on walking distance of the city centre (about 10-15 minutes walking), free parking place and just above a very good bakery that sells good bread, cakes and pastries! Also a supermarket and vegetable shop nearby. The apartment has everything you good possibly need. The host, Dorina is very helpful and hospitable. She even printed our flighttickets for us a we received a box of very tasty cookies! We can only recommend DAI apartments!
