Excellent location close to all of the Riverwalk restaurants and bars but on a quiet street. The condo had everything we needed including coffee and a very comfortable bed. Our college age daughter spent the night on the pull out couch and said it was the most comfortable pull out shed ever slept on. Included parking was a huge bonus!

The entire house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The check in and check out process was super easy. It was in an excellent location - the most we had to drive to different spots was about 20 minutes. The folks who own the home were very helpful and kind! Would definitely stay again!

High tech equipment, abundant amenities and snacks, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, porch, large size rooms and bathrooms, all new, fully stocked kitchen and spices, welcoming touches, free parking in front.
The place was old but clean and tidy. The suites we stayed in were very spacious and had a full working kitchen The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety but still delicious. One plus was the laundry on-site which we could use by paying a very small charge
The plumbing didn't work, toilet & shower was backed up. Sand & hair came up out the drain, microwave was dirty & no item for the kitchen were in the room.
The vegan breakfast of avocado toast was good when it was available. The breakfast room is lovely. Their granola is delicious. We had our own small fridge in the kitchen area and we bought our own milk/yogurt in the grocery store located 2 blocks away.
The female staff member who was there for some of our stay was really lovely & very helpful, a real asset to the place.
The street & locality is lovely.
It was a very comfortable and cozy place. Lot's of space, a super washing maschine. Great kitchen. Nice sleeping rooms and balcony. The livining and dining room were really relaxing too.
