James was a great and friendly host. The house was much bigger than it looks in pictures, and has 3 separated bedroom areas which made for a wonderful and private stay with a larger extended family. It is located in a quiet area of Williams but very accessible to the Downtown and the train station. The house was super clean and well stocked and well furnished.

The location is beautiful. The house is nice and cosy, we liked it there a lot. The host is extremely nice and helpful, he fixed the heating issue in no time, and gave us snacks and wine afterwards. What a nice gesture! He also provided us with LOTS of tips and locations for our visit.
The location is perfect to visit Grand Canyon. Inside the house you can find a very well equipped kitchen. The beds are big and cosy. The shower is also big, and you can find towels, hair dryer and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I would definitely recommend the place. I heard that the owner will soon introduce the outside grill, so please be patient :) I am already jealous of future guests because the outside of the home is also beautiful. Please check the weather because Williams gets a bit cold at night in late October :)

A comfortable, beautiful, well appointed cabin in a great location. Jarom was very accessible and responsive. A great place for a group or family. Very spacious and clean, and well stocked kitchen. The cabin has a great view and trees all around. Just beautiful! We even saw some deer. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely gorgeous property, beautifully furnished.with.lots of lovely touches (games, artwork, etc.). BBQs and fire pits to use and a very functional kitchen. Close to Williams for evening out, shops and train to Grand Canyon if you want.

Always stay here when in town. Peaceful,, clean, convenient, a good deal. Plentiful kitchen. Good Bed. I like how its become after the changes. Plenty of electrical outlets in the room. A laundromat really close by.
