Everything! The room was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony was awesome. The view of Thunder Mountain from the balcony is good but partially obstructed by vegetation and aspect. The bread, supplied daily, was a very nice touch as well as being delicious! The “extras” - soft drinks, snacks, water, cookies etc were all included. There was a fridge in the room for all the free drinks. The freshly cooked breakfast served in the room was delicious. All the staff were excellent especially Innkeeper Zak. This is a small hotel with just 6 rooms (I think?) and has a lovely ambience. Parking is free and on-site. Sedona itself, the Red Rock area, is wonderfully scenic. We had an outstanding stay and thoroughly recommend this fantastic hotel.

Location was quiet and provides an easy access to the Sedona destinations we visited. House was clean and eqipped, the backyard was a serene place to gather around after a day, I laid down on the beanies and enjoyed stargazing ✨and host is very accomodating and welcoming thru text and email communication. Loved the little trailer we were in. It was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed. I appreciated that pool and hottubs. They actually have ADULT ONLY sections and times! What a bonus. The grounds are beautiful and everything was perfect for a weekend away without our kids. The location is out of town, but thats what we wanted. It was great having a full kitchen. The patio was also fantatstic. I can't say enough about how lovely this property is.
The location beside Oak Creek is fantastic for a place of this price. We stayed a week and used this is as our base while we went each morning for a local hike, and a day trip to the gran canyon. We loved having a full kitchen for breakfasts and to save up money for dinners out,
I loved the size of the bathroom (walk in shower and the soaker bathtub). The kitchenette was a nice addition to my room also. The pools were nice as well as the gym. The location was close to the hiking we did and was also close to the restaurants my family and l ate at.
The room was very spacious and comfortable and it had a little kitchen if you plan on staying a few days.
We were celebrating our anniversary and they had a gift for us.
The person at the office gave us good tips for restaurants and where to watch the sunset.
Hotel is confortable with a full kitchen available, beds are confortable and the rooms are wide.

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, nice whirlpool/spa area. We didn't use the pool because we were out during the day, but it looked like all the shaded seating areas were always occupied. Staff was very efficient. We didn't know this was a time share complex, and there was no pressure to participate in presentations after the initial invitation at the time of check-in.
