We stayed here overnight while traveling south from San Francisco. The location, and the pool access are very nice, and the apartment was much more spacious than we expected. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped well-enough to cook for a family. There are also some shops and restaurants in walking distance.
Mountain Lodge Estate in Los Gatos provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

The spa was outstanding, from the temperature of the sauna and plunge pool, to the quality of the audio system. Oleg and Ella were incredible hosts and provided an exceptional stay.

The lady owner was very kind and service minded. We were upgraded to a bigger room. The room was lovely with two big beds and a little kitchen where we could make our own breakfast. It was a little bit cold in the room. However it was a perfect temperature for us to sleep. She gave to us good instructions how to go and see the best places in Santa Cruz. Her dog was really cute and friendly. This was the first motel/hotel during our three weeks vacation where you could recycle and separate bio waste. I could come to this place again.
Excellent kitchenette with faucet/large sink and countertop. Room #101 is small and cozy, with hard floor. It is tucked away in the back of the property with no neighbors' doors adjacent, which made it less exposed to noise. Towels and toiletries are well provided. Daily housekeeping offered.
This was my third booking here, and I thoroughly enjoyed every one.

this place was phenomenal for my work trip to Santa Cruz. The location was great, I didn't have any trouble finding parking on the street (in November) and it was an incredibly comfortable place to be based. the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, knives, etc... and even had a dishwasher! It also had a very large sink, which was lovely.
Wait. Was there a breakfast. Yes this place is older but you really can't beat everything you get. A great location. The room have kitchens or kitchenettes and my room had a little separate alcove for the bed. The staff is beyond nice and helpful
We loved the location and the size of the home. It was very comfortable and spacious, and the garden was beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything and more than you would need for a vacation.
