Large appartment with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a padio. The appartment is good equipped and nearby the ocean. After a short drive you will arive St. Augustine. The town is a must see in the region. Don't miss it.
It was a lovely quiet place on a peaceful street. Great to have a kitchen and relax in the day. The Blue Hen Cafe on the corner was delicious and treated us like locals on our second visit.

As a newly renovated property, it has all the facilities that you need for a home-from-home stay. Laundry, smart tv, full kitchen... etc. There is a tennis/pickle ball court, lake with fish and a swing-seat, fountain, extensive grounds, etc.
The hosts are absolutely brilliant. Friendly, courteous, helpful - everything you could ask for. I am already looking to organise my next stay there.
The property is beautiful! I loved the area and it was a quite place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the apt. was very clean. Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. I was very impressed with my experience and would gladly recommend this place to anyone. My only problem was that I could not get to the beach with about 44 steps to get down to it. I have a bad knee and was not able to do all the steps but that is no reflection on the host or their property.
The breakfast options met the expectations and the staff was very nice. From the valet to the kitchen waiters, the staff was always engaging and friendly.
High quality linens for bed and bath. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed...blender, toaster, coffee pot, teapot, pots and pans, and essential cleaning supplies. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. It was clean and upscale.
The condo was spacious. The kitchen had all you could wish for. Our car was close to our condo in a garage. Distance to St Augustine’s historic center was not far. Contact with the host was easy.
