I like how it’s was close to the convention center. This location was perfect. The room had a little kitchenette which was very convenient for me so I can cook and not have to go out as much to eat. The staff there was very very helpful and friendly and very patient when I asked them a lot of questions. I also liked how they had the complementary breakfast.

The staff was incredibly helpful. We had a complicated check in with some of us arriving earlier but everything was under one name. I called and the desk staff helped streamline it so that there was no issue with the separate checkins.

Mike is a slum lord. There was raw sewage spilled out in the yard that had been there for days, a gas leak in the stove, there was mold in the towels and the floors, facilities and furniture were broken, there was a massive leak in the bathroom spilling water all over the floor (hence mold everywhere), and when I showed this to Mike, he knew about ALL OF IT. He rented an uninhabitable house and it got us sick. We had to leave hastily in the middle of our stay. Mike refused to reimburse any of the stay despite his in-person promise to do so, and booking.com doesn't care at all. Booking.com recommended I just keep calling Mike myself to get it resolved. Of course he has ghosted me. I'm horrified at how little value I have as a customer, and for the disregard for human health.

Situated in a Victorian Mansion, this building has charm and character. The room, bathroom and kitchen facilities were amazing and the drawing rooms offered amazing classic layouts. The staff were so friendly I felt as if I was in a family home.
We loved this accomodation which was very different from the other ones of our trip. The hostess was very kind with us. The dwelling is an alliance between antique furniture (as the name "Victorean" suggests) and all the comfort you may expect (bed, kitchen equipments, bathroom). Before coming, we confess to have been a little bit anxious about Sacramento according to its reputation, but the neighbourhood seems safe and we had a quiet stay.
Period building. Reasonably close to restaurants, longer walk to Capitol etc. Good sized room with sofa and kitchen facilities. Ice machine in corridor. Good breakfast. Attractive restaurant with friendly staff and good happy hour deal.

Beautiful hotel, modern bathroom with huge shower, huge soft bed plus lounge and kitchenette. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic (although I wish it didn’t finish at 10am, I needed the sleep and therefore missed it one morning). The staff were extremely friendly, including the receptionist Tanisha who was happy to give me a late checkout, the housekeeper Patricia who helped me work the coffee machine in my room, and the kitchen and restaurant staff.
As soon as I saw the outside I was cheered up and this feeling continued inside the house and out into the garden which had a magnificent Eucalyptus tree, which was next door but I felt part ownership as some of its branches supported the garden swing on the tiny art house property. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and there was tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of kitchen utensils, glassware etc.,
It is a safe hostel because you have to ring on the bell and show your key card in order to let in. The staff are very hospitable helpful and nice. The kitchen is very nice to cook in, and has all the facilities. Bathroom and shower area was a bit cold for me.
Location was great in a trendy part of town close to bars and cafes. Well furnished apartment and good kitchen. Wi-Fi was excellent. Comfy bed. Great to have a washing machine etc. Host responded quickly too.
A convenient location, reasonable amount of room, modern kitchen, with smart locks, great wifi, and semi-private deck. Owner was very quick to respond to problems as they arose.
