We with my wife spent one night here. There was everything promised and everything worked well. Very clean. Three fully equipped bathrooms for eight rooms, you always find a free one. Kitchen is well equipped, too. Big fridge with boxes for each room. Micro, coffee, hot water, dishes, utensils, etc. New or new looking washing and drying machines in the basement helped us much. Other guests were respectful, still, maintaining cleanness. If you have problems with wifi login, do that on first floor and thereafter it will work in the entire building. Free parking place was easily found in the street. The area looked safe. You will be required to leave your shoes on shelves in the lobby, Slippers or thick socks recommended.

Love everything in the house. It's so spacious and clean and every room were tastefully furnished and Gabriel provides all the basic including The kitchenware and basic cooking ingredients. We were able to park 2 cars in the garage. The location is extremely convenient to everywhere especially to all the attractions and churches that we had planned to visit. For shopping, there’s a grocery store less than 5mins and It’s only 16 mins to Ross Park Mall and less than 30 mins to Tanger outlet. Also lots of nice restaurants nearby which were less than 10 mins. It’s Super convenient! Above all, the area is very safe and quiet.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, and the apartment comes with a manual. There is a washing machine and a dryer, which we really appreciated after long travels. The AC worked very well. There were a lot of tiny details making the stay much nicer - such as detergent for one load of laundry. The area is nice, safe and residential, not far from the beautiful university district, but easily connected to the rest of the city.

Having dish detergent, laundry detergent etc available + tea & coffee facilities was a nice bonus.
All facilities you need, great range of kitchen utensils and equipment was nice.
Very clean and spacious house with comfortable beds and good facilities. We had a couple of issues (the battery in the keypad died and the AC stopped working) but both were dealt with efficiently, the host was extremely accommodating. Nice little kitchen with everything you need if you decide to do your own cooking. Would definitely recommend.

This was a nice stay for a three-night work trip. With the kitchenette I didn’t have to go out to eat for every meal. The place felt as nice and private as being in my own home. It was in an excellent location- I walked everywhere!
