The room was spacious for our family. Having a separate bedroom for us and the kids sleeping on the pull out couch was perfect. The balcony was a nice addition to make the place feel open. The view of the pier was really nice and we were able to watch the sunset from our room.

The ability to utilize the kitchen. The very comfortable bed, and room temp. It was very quiet in the room. Didn’t hear other people. The amenities, ie, games, outdoor seating, with the fire, and the offering of hot drinks.

As advertised, the view was incredible. It looked just like the photos every morning. Perfect spot to get away and relax but also close enough to downtown SLO, and other sites. The host Ryan was so welcoming and responsive during our stay. The dogs, tortoise, and chickens were also an extra treat!

Great location, steps to a big beach. Fairly close to the all amenities offered by Pismo beach. The house itself was extremely clean and recently renovated. Nicely equipped kitchen to create family meal. Appreciated the gaming table and EV charger which worked well. Looks like a duplex that was renovated into a single house.. Instead of a second full size kitchen on the ground level, additional bedrooms would have been even more useful.

We came here after walking up from the Grover Beach train station (about 2 miles) along the path near the beach. If you do, be sure to look up about the Monarch Butterflies in the area. We didn't know about it and I wished we would have. We stayed in one of the executive suites, and it had a quaint balcony with a view of the ocean in the distance. It was nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. The room itself was more than just one room. There was also a kitchen area and everything was nice and clean.
The room was comfortable and unique (it had an incredible looking fireplace/heater in the wall). The room had a kitchenette and plenty of room. It had been recently renovated. The hotel is 1-2 blocks from the beach and restaurants.
Quirky beach house vibe and plenty of space for the family. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds.
The location can't be faulted as it's literally a walk down the road to the beach
