Everything was clean, we didn’t need for anything, the beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and I enjoyed football by the fire place. It was a perfect place to unwind after Dollywood.

Great lication for the price. The room was great, love the choice to have a full kitchen in the room. The indoor pool was great for my grandson to use.
Excellent facilities, friendly staff and mountain views, very comfortable unit with everything a traveler could require- washer/ dryer, kitchen, free parking, pool, lounge, cosy bedroom, fridge, microwave- I should have stayed here longer. Felt very safe for a solo female traveler also. Points for providing washing powder!
Nice kitchen, nice bathroom. Staff helped us move belongings into our room, which was good because they moved our booking to the Treehouse, up 2 flights of stairs.
The room was absolutely excellent. We were in the newer side of the facility. Now the room was a little warm but we just needed to adjust the thermostat. Oh, the room was huge and with a kitchenette, but no utensils, so bring your own. We will be staying here again when we visit. There was enough room for another bed if a woman had planned the layout. Great for a large family.
