Loved the invisible-service concept: everything we needed to know what sent to us in advance and worked a treat. We didn’t need to contact the staff to ask any questions. The “did you forget” drawer is such a brilliant simple idea! And I love the fact the room magazine told me where to source every single bit of furniture our decoration in the room.

Both the apartment and the location were absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed in particular was really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need for a great stay. There was plenty of tea and coffee provided. It was also super handy to have a washer/dryer included in the unit.
The location was wonderful, just down from Pat's and Geno's (both literally a 60 second walk away). It was great to have a CVS and an ACME so close too. Those were a 2 minute walk away. Transport was close by for getting to Center City and pretty reliable.
The Passyunk neighbourhood was lovely - a relaxed vibe but lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
I would recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Philly.

Well, I really like the location to the Convention Center, which is why I was in Philly. I also appreciated how a grocery store and a gym were nearby. Overall everything I needed in the apartment I found. It was that relaxing that I stayed a night in the apartment. I love the washer/dryer opportunity as I was traveling for around 10 days.

We had a short but wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Philadelphia. Despite only staying for one night, it was clear that a lot of care went into the details. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the added bonus of a garage made it even more convenient. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was very responsive and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a smooth experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Kitchen, and excelent location near the Temple University. Was economic enough to encourage me to make the trip.
Supposedly we will have not physical concierge, but I have found an employee when arrived and was a very kind person, with me so Thumbs up on the attention.
Very spacious one bedroomed suite with lots of luggage storage room. Good air conditioning. Very good kitchen facilities. Large sitting/dining room. Well located only 5 -10 minute walk to City Hall and Love Park. Nice outdoor terrace at the restaurant. Good cleaning service in the rooms with daily towels. Easy to relax here as a family.
Check in process was easy, place was clean and spacious, facilities worked well. Kitchen was very well equipped. Appreciated the dishwashing tabs and tide pods that came with the facilities. Location was good, just a short walk from Chestnut St and Walnut St where most good food is.
It was clean, trendy, easy to access, and had the facilities I needed, like kitchen with big fridge, bathroom, fast wifi etc. Also the hosts were very responsive re. communication. And it was easy to walk into town.
The apartment is very well equipped. Easy to arrive from the highway, at first glance the neighborhood appears to be bad, but really is a safe, quiet place. Only sometimes the Amtrak pass nearby. A perfect location 3 min by car and about 10/15 min walking of the museum of Arts with the Rocky statue. 10 to 15 min by car to the downtown.

This is a great location with excellent facilities. The building is new and very welcoming. The room was huge and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The washer-dryer was really handy to have.
Rooms are extremely small - even difficult to store luggages. Contact with owner via sms or email - clear instructions how to get in to hause and selfprepare breakfest using ingredients in kitchen and fridge. Bit far from Center - but you can travel by metro - station is 15 minutes by foot.
