It is like an apart hostel. You can prepare and cook whatever you like, it has a shared kitchen between the rooms, and a couple of tables to have your dinner. Rooms and bath are clean and ok. No room service, no TV at room but a big TV set at shared living room. Arzu the owner is an splendid host and properly advice you about this "downtown " of South Beach.

Perfect studio has everything we need, clean in a safe place. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Studio has free parking for one car but requires an additional resort fee ~15$ per person for a stay, it is cheaper than paying for parking in other hotels. Advising everyone who travels with car to check parking fees in Miami or Miami Beach hotels as it could be expensive, it is usually 40$ per night.
Perfect. Spacious apartment with double bed, pull-out couch, kitchenette and bathroom. Very nice apartment building with free parking and relatively easy check-in after office hours. Direct access to the beach and free public transport to South Beach.
Cozy apartments with everything you need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location, 5-7 minutes walk to the ocean. The apartments have beach chairs and a beach umbrella that you can take to the beach.
The Apartment was close to north beach Miami which could be reached within 5 minutes. A Publix was reachable with a short drive. It was a safe district and we always felt secure. All beach equipment as sun umbrella, beach towels and beach chairs could be borrowed and were included with the price. The staff was very kind and friendly. It was very clean. The room, kitchen and bath. And there was room cleaning every day!
The room was spotless, newly renovated, and very beautiful. The cleanliness was also very good. The size of the kitchen and having everything available was quite impressive. The bed was also comfortable. The location is very central. You can reach the beach in just a 5-minute walk and all the restaurants in just 2-3 minutes on foot. The location was absolutely incredible. The ease of entry with the code after check-in was also very good. I also really liked the newly renovated furniture.
