Spacious condo with everything you might need including wonderful ocean views and a great shared pool and very helpful hosts. A few top quality roadside stalls near to for bread flowers and excellent Burritos. The day we left we sat on the balcony (huge) looking at the sea and just wished we had a few more days.

The apartment was clean, but the apartment complex was poor and dated. While Booking.com gave it a 4-star rating, I believe a 3-star rating would be more appropriate. There was heaps of space, amenities, great views from the balcony and lookout that was past the pool. Location was very central to shops, restaurants and the manta rays.

It was well equipped and was a nice touch with the little things like ear buds, cotton wool, make up pads, toothpaste pills, mosquito spray, washing powder, dishwasher tablets..beach chairs/beach towels/snorkel gear/beach towel.
The house was spacious, the downstairs photos make it look smaller and I was worried that a group of 6 adults, we would be on top of each other, but that was not the case.
House is in a quiet residential area about a 5 min drive from Kona main front.
We all enjoyed the space inside and out, the beds were also comfortable, would definitely recommend.

The house had everything we needed for an amazing week in Hawaii- beach stuff; snorkels; guide books and maps. The kitchen was well-equipped and we used the bbq a couple of times. Spacious and an ocean view from the top balcony! Only a few minutes walk down to a beach with some great snorkelling. Great pool and smallish gym.
The condo was beautiful, spacious, with everything you could think you might need. The kitchen was super well-equipped, and there was common cooking stuff like salt and oil for common usage - which was useful for us. The resort is very nice, although the condo is quite far from the main pool and restaurant. The location is good, but after visiting the island maybe not the best for us. Pools were clean and nice, and not overcrowded.
Facilities as described and clean. Very quiet location with shopping centre close by. Good sized apartment. Kitchen very functional. Clear instructions for entry and registration of vehicle.

Well situated at a great elevation. The place was easy to find and good directions given beforehand. The room was absolutely wonderful with nice breezes, a lovely bathroom and a small kitchenette stocked with welcome treats. Love the espresso coffee maker too! I was greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome. Some fruit (apple bananas and papaya) was given to me as well which was just delightful. Overall a fantastic stay - mahalo!! 😊
When I realised that the flat has no aircon I was about to right jump of the cliff!
However during the next days I realised that we didn’t need one. Besides to listen to the beautiful nature all the time was just bliss!
The apartment itself is very spacious and especially with a toddler perfect (you have to block the stairs obviously).
The kitchen was amazing and for anyone who wants to cook pure divine! So much equipment and even very very sharp knifes which is rather unlikely for a rented place.
We will come back for sure!
It's in a great location. It was handy to be able to use the pool, or head to the lagoon area which was lovely. There was a plumbing problem in the downstairs restroom, and we called the provided number which was addressed that same day. The view was lovely and walkable to restaurants and the beach,

Location 5 minute walk to beach and bus stop which takes you to downtown kona. Room spotless and bed super comfy. Self catering kitchen inside bedroom or if you need cooking facilities theres a communal kitchen area.
Lovely hosts, though didn't meet in person, they were very responsive on texts and let me store my bags there for a few hours after check out.
