The host met us promptly at the scheduled time of check in and went over all the information on the use of the unit. The unit and property is very well maintained and clean. The parking garage is convenient to get in and out of, the staff on site were friendly and very helpful in answering our questions.
The location is very convenient to the mall with plenty of food/drink places nearby.
Definitely would recommend to my friends/family if they are going to island of Oahu.

This property was clean, spacious and had gorgeous views. I loved the huge balcony and that the owners provided beach chairs and umbrella. Check in check out super easy and basically contactless. While it was not your typical hotel stay with room service or any staff to call on as I understood it, the owners provided plenty of extra towels and linens. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Our host, Anh, was extremely helpful. He met us when we checked in and gave us detailed instructions. He was very responsive throughout our stay! The place was spacious and great for a group. The bathrooms were spacious, clean and stocked with lots of towels and beach towels. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need, including basic pantry needs! There are also items for beach activities such as umbrellas, mats and chairs. Location was the best...everything in Waikiki was virtually accessible by foot!

We looked at latest the reviews just before we left home and lowered our expectations, however, we were pleasantly surprised. Yes it is a little tired but we had no bugs, it was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The rear garden was private and sitting out on the patio was good. We thought the beds were comfortable and when we texted the owner regarding a loose handle on the shower, he came very quickly and replaced it. He was friendly and helpful.
Location was amazing, so close to such a perfect beach. Kailua town is fantastic and amazing food places. Sizeable guest house for a couple, great sized bathroom. Didnt cook in the kitchen, but used the large fridge and washing machine which was really handy.
Very spacious, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and just a quick drive over to Kailua beach and city center for food! Friendly host living downstairs if you need anything.
