They were cleaning the room and kitchen during our stay, service was very good, parking very close, a quiet room and the supermarket was only 5 minutes. We really liked it, the front desk manager was very kind.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, modern decor, beautiful finishes and appliances, plenty of supplies provided (soap, shampoo, body wash, dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, linens... blankets, towels, wash cloths). Could have used 1 more roll of TP though - we were there for 7 days (3 rolls provided).

My studio apartment with a Murphy bed was super cute, very clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything worked just the way it was supposed to, which doesn't always happen. The Murphy bed was easy to use and comfortable. I appreciated the little extras such as popcorn and hot chocolate.
And what's not to love about a hot tub right on the lake with a beautiful view as the sun sets.

Spacious, comfortable and very clean. Good value. Spent three days and nights exploring Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake, primarily for hiking, history and sightseeing. Served our purposes well. Owner and /or manager is very helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

Lots of room, plenty of amenities. Easy check in and out.
Lovely, clean property close to the supermarket and walking distance to the bus stop which takes you round the lake. Good bbq out the patio doors and great kitchen facilities.
Fully equipped apartments with lots of space, fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Everything you need to be like at home but in the wonderful Incline Village. You’ll always need a car (of course!) but there are nice restaurants and a Raley’s with everything you may need just around the corner. I’d definitely come again.
The townhouse was surprisingly spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. The wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped.
Decoration is quirky and stylish. The kitchen is very well equipped. Parking easy and convenient for the apartment. Beds comfortable. Brilliant that it has washer/dryer.

We (8 of us ) stayed 2 nights at the 2-bedroom loft which was nice. There was a little kitchen , dining place ,living room with couch and tv , two bedrooms and a loft (with 2 single beds). Very clean and comfortable . Kitchen had utensils and appliances . Please note there is no one at reception after 10pm (but they managed it well by giving us directions how to retrieve the room key from the pigeon hole). Though it doesn't have a lake view , its few mins drive to the lake.

The condo is absolute cozy, clean and large! Kitchen appliances and tablewares are fully provided so cooking yourself is encouraged. It even has a fireplace with free logs. Location is super convenient! Grocery within 1-min drive, coffee shops and restaurants 5 min drive, Mt Rose Resort 15 min drive. Service is excellent.
Only you might want to notice is the condo is a bit old - we don't care about it but if you have a high living standard keep it in mind.
So satisfied with this place - will come back!
