We love the place to great place right on the mountain nice and cool
I'd booked two rooms for a 3 night stay on a Tennessee road trip. The location was great as you could walk into town without having to pay for parking, and the river running at the side of the property was very relaxing. A grab and go breakfast of muffins, juice and coffee were provided. Both rooms had a kitchenette area with small sink, microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable.
We had a wonderful stay, the house was wonderful with so much space and beautiful views of the mountains. It was very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and bedding. Full kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The administration (Wafa) was so helpful, very friendly and responded fast to our needs. High security with easy to find location.
I had a lovely 3-day stay here. The deck overlooking the creek was wonderful. Plenty of places to put things. The kitchen was well supplied enough for me to prepare all my own meals.
.The cabin is beautiful, the rooms are clean .the kitchen full with necessary things. Patrick was very nice and help very quick when we had a problem with the wash machine.
The sleeping accomodations were very comfortable. The game room was fun for our family. The kitchen was adaquately stocked. Location was good--easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a good size shower and water pressure. There is a small kitchenette if you want to bring your own food. The location is very good for walking down to the main road.
Stunning location.. looking out to The Smokies.. hot tub to retreat to after a day of hiking.. comfy bed.. good kitchen if you want to cook. Exceptional staff- very responsive and helpful! Thankyou Maureen and Kacey- you made our stay just that more enjoyable
Breakfast was good but that door to the kitchen was black and nasty. Looked liked no one ever cleans with a soapy cloth. Looked like a mechanic shop on the kitchen door. Other doors and windows were despicable as well. Almost ruined my appetite.
The apartment was perfect size, well stocked kitchen with all the dishes and cooking equipment we needed. Loved the balconies and tons of storage. Loved the jacuzzi tub in master room and extra large bed and the fireplace too. We could live here comfortably!
The beds were very comfortable, the 2 beds with sofa pull out with kitchenette were nice. Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly despite not wrong amenities listed with no breakfast.
