Hotel is run down and in need of repairs. Toilet seat was broken, rugs were very dirty and stained, lights in bathroom broken and absolutely no water pressure in shower.

Huge room with a balcony, the kitchen has everything you need. Responsive staff who answered all questions and made our holiday better. 3 minutes to the beach. Clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The suite was very large and comfortable, living room with kitchenette, spacious bedroom and bathroom with nice hot shower.

Very nice apartment with a lovely pool right outside the door. We were travelling with our daughter, son in law and our new grandson. The unit was well equipped with high chair, washer/dryer and all necessary kitchen appliances, etc. (all of which were of good quality).
Apartment is not as it appears on pictures. We had problems to open door, never received the door code…after long travel all that was annoying to call to owner etc … we were getting a Booking confirmation from some kind of middleman Uros who gave us wrong info about check in. the sofa bed in living room is not suitable for sleeping, you can feel iron structure under your back. The quality of bedsheets is very poor.
Bathroom door does not close.
Kitchen is very well equipped.
The whole place needs much more care.
My wife and I stay here frequently when we get a break. One simply couldn’t ask for anything more

Grounds & pool were nice. Covered parking was convenient, no hot car to get into. Short walk to beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. We ate sushi at the Pier62, it was good. Will visit this hotel again. We recommend!
The host, Kirk is extremely accommodating, suggesting where to eat and, the beach location, even left us a note to catch a launch. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all that Cocoa Beach town can offer; the kitchen is very well stocked, and beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available as well.
