Didn’t communicate about incidentals and parking. It took weeks to return my incidentals. I stayed there a few days and wasn’t told about parking until I looked at my statement and it was charged afterward. Staff was telling different stories over promising. I called several times for weeks and no one has ever called me back. On top of that I was charged twice from the hotel and booking .com. I literally called so many times and was told 3 times my money would be returned and it never was then after speaking to 4 different ppl after leaving 3 messages for the manager they said it was booking and not them. After I was told it’d be returned because it was a mistake on their end

We loved the kitchenette and the size of the room.

The suite was very nice and comfortable with a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen space. The kitchen had a big refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, and some plates, silverware, and glasses.

Room had a great kitchen for self catering. Hotel was located in a lovely and safe setting and in Uber distance of downtown Nashville. Plenty of parking. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful
The price was great for what I needed, The room was large and spacious. The kitchenette was equipped, although I did not cook, but it would have came in handy.
