We traveled to Maribor with my wife in November and stayed there for only one night. The property is about 2 km from the city center and about 1 km from one of the biggest shopping malls in Maribor. The apartment is big and can accommodate 4 people.
It was very easy to meet with the host. She explained all details clearly. the air conditioner kept the entire property warm all night long.
The property has a nice balcony and a free space for car parking. The Wi-fi worked well.
I also like the cleanness of the property.

House, bathroom and kitchen had the best equipment and supplies we've encountered during our many travels - absolutely fantastic! Very peaceful place, ideal for rest and barbeque. Great host - he spent lots of time showing the facilities and giving advice about the national park and Maribor. The guest house has a large common sitting and eating area with a fully equipped kitchen. The room had a modern, clean bathroom. The bed area was comfortable, average size. Secure parking (although cramped and difficult to enter/exit).

Nice service and very well equipped apartment and kitchen. Relatively close to the city center. Possibility to park a car in a private parking lot near the hostel.
The house was clean and spacious, kitchen is well equipped, living room has AC and bedroom a mobile AC unit. There is enough place for parking two cars just a few meters from the house.
The apartment is perfect, it's got everything you need - well equipped kitchenette, functional and very clean bathroom and comfortable bedroom. We really appreciate each of our visits in that place.

Close to local train stop 'Maribor Tabor', that is just 100 meters down the street. Main station is 7 Euro, 5 minutes by Taxi, or just via local Train line which doesn't run that frequently. I think only every 1-3 hours and only during the day.
(This is not an Urban area, so is understandable and economic...)
We used the accommodation for an overnight stay on the way to the sea. We had a beautiful renovated apartment with two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. As we are a family of six, we really appreciated the three bathrooms. Parking is right next to the house. Thank you and we would love to possibly return in the future.
