This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my many travels. The facilities are brand new and impeccably clean. The quietness is absolutely wonderful. Not to mention how convenient it is—the privacy of the personal space is impeccable. The self-service, no-reception model really tests the guests’ sense of responsibility, but during my three-day stay, everyone was quiet and friendly. It was a truly perfect experience. The communication starts before the trip, immediately after the booking. Dear owner Margit reached out to us via a long welcome message with important information and useful links. You can ask her anything you're interested in before the trip itself.
When we came to the apartment she was already there waiting for us. She spent about a half an hour in explaining all the things related to the apartment, near food stores, bakeries, restaurants and interesting places in Ljubljana center.
We stayed for two days and Margit was at disposal for any additional help at any time during our stay.
The apartment was totally equipped with all kitchen stuff but also with basic foodstuffs (coffee, tea, etc.).
The location is rather good because it's ~15 minutes walk to the center. The private parking is provided which means a lot in Ljubljana.
We will come back to Boutique Apartments for sure.

Patricia House is located in a very nice and calm neighborhood. There are several shops nearby as well.
Self check-in is very easy and quick, the host Mirjana is very nice and helpful.
Superior apartment was very spacious, clean and it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was 9 of us and it didn't feel crowded at all.
Overall experience is very positive and would definitely recommend everyone to stay at Patricia House.

Our stay at the BIT apartment was very comfortable with an easy 2 mins walk to the three bridges. We also were right across the street from the pick up area near the City Hotel for our tours. The apartment was very clean and had luxurious towels and linens. A completely new remodeled bathroom and shower. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. We had the convenience of the Kitchen on our floor, that was fully equipped with coffee, tea, Dishes, cups, bowls of etc. everything you would need. Housekeeping was offered during the week also. English house rules were specific and organized. The use of the washer was a great help during our stay. I highly recommend the accommodations for couples traveling, especially if they are younger.

Flat was nice, modern, spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Not too far from the tourist areas and close enough to the train station for transport and cheap parking. Staff were very attentive, happy to supply extra coffee pods for example. Gym was small but had enough there to get by. Pool and sundeck / bar were a great place to relax.
Very well located, a 20-minute walk from the center and right next to a supermarket. The apartment is very functional and comfortable. Free parking is a plus. We only stayed two nights but used the very well-equipped kitchen. If you want to go to the center by car, there are parking lots for 2 or 3€/hour.
The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. On a hot night, you cannot open the door because there are mosquitoes. The air conditioning works, and you can distract yourself from your surroundings. It's clean. There is essential kitchen equipment. A small shopping centre with several food outlets is close, open from Monday to Saturday. The centre can be reached quickly by car, and there are many paid parking lots (I recommend NUK-II). You can check the availability and prices of each on the Internet.
It is great if you do not want city centre location, big store- Merkator and 14, direct bus to city centre is 200m away. Our apartment was spacious enough for 3 adults. Open & big bathroom shower, although bathroom is strange: they have added kitchen utilities in it as well ( kettle and induction plates ).
Excellent location close to market, apartment giving flexibility to self catering, kitchen and bathroom good. Router needed restart after thunderstorms - host fixed this immediately when asked. Ljubliana was lovely town.
This spacious apartment was our base for two days. We had our own car (car park provided) and were able to quickly drive into town to go sightseeing. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering. Our friendly host gave us some very handy sightseeing and logistical tips. Would stay there again and also recommend to others.
The whole specification of the property was excellent, very clean and modern. Air conditioning was available too which was a positive. Communication with host was very good and it was just a 10 minute walk to the old part of the capital, great location. Only addition to the kitchen is that a chopping board would be useful as we did a lot of self-catering meals.
This is a really interesting place to stay. The decor is eccentric and artistic and we really liked it. The room is a good size, as is the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for basic self catering. Location is about a ten to fifteen minute walk from the centre. It was fairly quiet at night.We checked ourselves in and out so we didn't see anyone but the communication from Jaka was excellent.
