The location is wonderful. The area is quiet and the house feels private. Parking is easy right next to the property. The property itself is impeccable; it is well furnished and well decorated and really has everything you might need from a holiday home. The decor is of a high standard and the living area is spacious with a lovely gigantic sofa. The outside kitchen and pool area is really lovely to spend time relaxing and enjoying the view of nature and the sea (equally viewable from the hot tub!).
Filipe is an excellent host; and his restaurant (5 minutes drive away) was the best food we had on the island, and near the sea in a lovely location.

This accommodation is about 10 minutes drive from Ponta do Sol, a cute little town where we enjoyed the traditional end of summer festival with local and international performers. We really liked the view from the terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning or wine in the evening. The little flat is simple (living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom) but comfy, and has most amenities to cook (cutlery, plates, pots...) and rest. Importantly it was clean! Next to and above the flat are two other holiday flats. Next to the flat is a mini-market walking distance, friendly neighbours, and cats and hens in the neighbourhood. Owner was helpful and communicative all along, and very simple process to check in and out (we arrived late the first night, and left rather early the last morning). The location is really great base if you rent a car and want to explore the island, as its about in the middle of the island and reduce your driving time overall. Overall, I would highly recommend this place (as long as you have your own transportation means) and would stay again.

Villa is huge and well equipment. You have everything there what you need. (Even slippers and hiking sticks!) You can enjoy the sun and take a dip in an amazing outdoor swimming pool with the incredible view of the village and the ocean. The view is just breathtaking.
Ana’s place has a private big parking in front of the house. You have to drive down from the main street, just be careful because GPS was leading us around, from the other side throughout a narrow banana trees alley where you can't pass😅

The villa had beautiful view of the sea, very serene and tranquil place. The villa was very clean and modern, had all the facilities. The location was also excellent. Very big , perfect for our family of five. The kitchen appliances were excellent, having a washing machine was convenient.

Older kitchen, but still very useful and functional with enough appliances and kitchen ware. Older bathroom, but very spacious. Good air. Washing machine for free use in the hallway with drying racks.
The location and the view was AMAZING ! Close to everything in Madeira! The kitchen was fully equipped with big fridge. The bed was a bit hard but overall very spacious ! Would 100% recommend
Its good location. Our room was with fridge and kettle, we hoped for kitchen but it wasnt there. There is nice balcony on the 4th floor or another one on 1st floor. There is also washing machine for free on 1st floor. Self check in was also great.
Lovely owners who were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. It's a lovely apartment in which we could've easily stayed for a few days. Well equipped kitchen, several rooms, clean bathroom. Walking distance from the cute small town and waterfront.
